View from the street. The yard is all torn up getting ready for some landscaping. Lots of fun!
Family room upstairs.
I've had quite a few requests for pictures of our new house. I kept waiting to take pictures until all the rooms looked nice and clean, but lets be realistic, that just isn't going to happen. So, I hope you enjoy these pictures of our lived-in house, which we absolutely love!
Some info on the house. It's 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. 2100 finished square feet with another 1200 unfinished square feet in the basement. Living room, 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and master bedroom on the main floor. Three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, we use the largest room as the family room.
We're really enjoying having so much space and it's nice to have the option for more space in the future. It has no yard so that has been quite a project to get going. I think it will be a work in progress for awhile. Let us know if you're ever in the area. We'd love to have visitors!

It's so pretty! Congrats on the new house. What part of Cedar is it in? Matt's parents live up on the hill on the south part of town and he's the Bishop of the ward.
Looks like a great house! You're kids are getting so big too!
Niice, I'll email ya, I got Q's of course :)
Your home is beautiful! I bet you are still in love with how new it is! I think that putting the family room in the upstairs bedroom is genius. I am sure you are able to keep more messes upstairs and keep the main level quieter and cleaner. You kitchen is amazing. Congrats again! When we drive by your house to get home everyday, it makes our hearts hurt. Come back to Iowa!!
It looks great! (Love the kitchen and pantry—so much room ...) Glad to see you're settling in after the big move. Hope things are going well!
